Things that go wrong, and what to do about them.
The email didn’t arrive
Check Spam and Promotions first. Gmail files it under Promotions almost every time.
Search your mail for sonicmutesonic. The name, not the address. The address is easy to misspell and the search finds it either way.
Add noiz@sonicmutesonic.com to your contacts and the rest of the packs land where you’ll see them.
Still nothing after ten minutes? Email noiz@sonicmutesonic.com and I’ll send it by hand.
Some mail providers are worse than others
Gmail. It lands in Promotions. Drag one email to Primary and Gmail learns from it.
Outlook and Hotmail. Check Junk, and the Other tab if Focused Inbox is on.
Proton Mail. It tends to block the download button. Sign up with a different address if you can.
The button in the email does nothing
Some mail apps block buttons. Open the email in a web browser instead of the app.
If it still does nothing, forward the email to noiz@sonicmutesonic.com and I’ll send the pack another way.
Stopping the packs
There’s an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. One click, no questions asked.
